Service availability is subject to technician availability and geographic service area. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We provide upfront pricing before any work begins. However, estimates provided via phone or online booking are preliminary and subject to revision once a technician has assessed the job on-site. The final price will be confirmed before work commences. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes during service.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled by phone at 909-359-3747 or through our website. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior billing arrangement has been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee and referred to a collections agency after 30 days.
6. Warranty and Guarantee
We stand behind our work. All labor performed by Plumber in Upland is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service. Parts and materials are subject to manufacturer warranties. This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by misuse, pre-existing conditions unrelated to our work, or events outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plumber in Upland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or use of this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
